Two Men from Youngtown appeared in Launceston Magistrates court on 9 May 2018. They were convicted of failing to vet one dog. The vet report listed pain and suffering as his ears were so infected, inflammed and painful. The penalty issued to each was was a $1000 fine. The dog was ordered into the custody of the RSPCA.
