On 12 June 2018 3 seperate hearings were heard in the Burnie Magistrates Court.
A cat from Queenstown, a dog from Boat Harbour and a dog from Acacia Hills. The RSPCA applied for ownership of the 3 animals as their owners could not be located.
All three animals were awarded into the custody of RSPCA Tasmania and can now move on to a new and happy life.
