On the 25 June 2018 a case was heard in the Burnie Magistrates Court. It related to a dog from Shorewell Park.
The RSPCA Tasmania applied for the custody of the animal, the previous owner could not be contacted or located.
The dog was awarded to RSCPA and can now find a loving new home.
