A Bagdad woman was sentenced in the Hobart Magistrates Court on 29.8.19 for animal cruelty charges relating to horses. The magistrate did not record a conviction as it would affect her livelihood. She was fined $5000, RSPCA was awarded $1,600 in costs and she received a capping order of 10 horses for five years.
