Pet Boarding at RSPCA Hobart
Hobart Shelter
Our Hobart shelter offers boarding and accommodation for dogs (only).
All dogs must have a current C5 vaccination administered at least 7-10 days prior to boarding. We are unable to accept any pets that do not have current vaccination records, so please bring the records with you when you check your pet in. If you are unable to find your records, please provide us with the name of your vet which may help us to determine if vaccinations are up-to-date.
At busy times our kennels become fully booked very quickly, so please book well in advance of school and public holidays.
Accommodation
Our dog boarding pens consist of an inside covered area (approx 10m x2m or 2m x 5m) with access to an outside exercise area. We also have larger double pens measure approximately 4m x 5m.
You are encouraged to bring your pet´s favourite things with them to make them feel more at home, but we do provide toys, beds and bedding in all pens.
Please feel free to arrange a visit to our boarding kennels before you make a booking.
Prices
$16 for each dog, $30 for two dogs sharing per day, fully-inclusive (food, bedding etc).
