Regional Branch Committee
The day-to-day operation of our shelters is overseen by the Shelter Manager, but in addition, each shelter is assisted by a Regional Branch Committee which helps with funding and leadership, enabling the facility to continue its work.
The committee is made up of RSPCA members and volunteers who have a passion for animal welfare and an enthusiastic spirit. Its primary task is to help develop and undertake shelter-based events and fundraisers with a focus on fun and a love of animals.
The exact number of members varies and the committee meets at least once each month, more frequently when special events are planned.
