Dog Walking Programs
As a Dog Walking Volunteer, you are able to walk one dog at a time in a designated area. This type of contact provides much needed exercise for dogs awaiting adoption, as well as familiarising them with being basic obedience and walking on a lead.
For some dogs though it's the human contact that's all important, and if you're unable to walk, or if the dog doesn't fancy a stroll, we have enclosed exercise areas filled with toys and seats so the dog can run freely without a lead, and you can both enjoy some time getting to know each other.
