The Hobart Animal Care Centre has been operating at its current site at Pass Road, Mornington since the mid-1960s. The Elsie Cameron Veterinary Clinic was added to the Centre in the 1990s.

The Centre is situated on over 12 hectacres of rural land, with fenced paddocks to accommodate Jimmy our resident donkey, horses, ponies, goats and sheep. Another fenced area was added in December 2010 to house some pigs that came to stay. There are also 30 dog pens and dog exercise areas, a Cattery, a new Aviary and a new home for our rabbits is currently being built.

Adoption Prices:
Cats and kittens $180 (includes free Bronze membership)
Dogs and puppies $250 (includes free Bronze membership)
Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Ferrets etc., by donation (includes free Bronze Membership) 

All Pets adopted from RSPCA Hobart are desexed, vaccinated, wormed and microchipped.
